Your information and your choices

We collect only what is needed to provide health navigation, consultations, prescription fulfilment and protection advice. Health information is stored separately from commercial and marketing data.

Clinicians can see only the information relevant to a consultation you booked with them. Pharmacies can see only what is needed to fulfil a prescription you sent them. Insurance advisors see only the details you submit in a protection request — never your medical records, consultation notes or prescriptions.

Business reporting uses aggregated, non-clinical figures. We never share identifiable clinical information for commercial analysis.
